We value customer satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality products. However, due to the personalized nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

Returns

All items sold on our site are customized to customer specifications. Due to this customization, we cannot accept returns. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.

Refunds

As mentioned above, we cannot accept returns for personalized products, which means no refunds will be issued once the order has been placed and confirmed. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us directly at: miajewellery.contact@proton.me so that we can find a satisfactory solution.

Exceptions

We only accept returns if the delivered product is defective or damaged. In this case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide us with photographic evidence of the defect or damage. We will assess the situation and, if the claim is justified, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
